What are the return, exchange, refund policies?

 

1.   A full refund is guaranteed if merchandise is defective, damaged or wrong from your order. However, if proofs of defect(s),damage, or wrong item(s) delivered cannot be given, return shall be unable to be processed.

 

2.   A refund minus initial shipping cost is guaranteed if dissatisfaction of merchandise is judgment-based or merchandise is claimed to be ordered by mistake.

 

3.   Merchandise shall be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and no used items shall be accepted. 

 

4.   All the original receipt or invoice, accessories (i.e. locks, keys, straps, care booklet, dust cover, authenticity card, etc.) and gift (if any) received shall be included.

 

5.   An online tracking number shall be provided to confirm return of merchandise after the parcel is shipped out. An email notice will be sent as soon as the return package arrives at the destination.

 

6.   For every return of merchandise under regulated circumstances, a refund shall be issued in the same form in which the original payment is made and may take up to 30-45 business days after the receipt of goods. But at certain customers’ request or agreement to have the refund in merchant’s store credits, a refund shall be issued accordingly as requested or agreed.
