Q: How close are your bags to the authentic ones?
A: The quality of our bags is our biggest priority. We will not manufacture a design until we have studied the original for it’s exact markings and materials. Q: Can I buy a sample for the wholesale price?

A: We offer 15% wholesale discount for all purchases over $700. Q: Your shipping is WORLDWIDE. Is there any place you can’t ship to?

Q: Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
A: We ship our products out of Guan Zhou China. Generally it takes 3 days before the package is relayed by Chinese courier to your home country courier. During this time (the first 3 days) tracking is impossible. Only once it arrives in your own country will you be able to track it.
